The information, services, and product lines provided on this commercial portal are structured to support enterprise procurement agencies, verified retail partners, and individual retail consumers seeking high-grade professional tools and equipment.
2. Commercial & Procurement Agreements
Wholesale and B2B transactions, bulk equipment procurement, and distribution agreements remain subject to individual contract terms negotiated via purchase order (PO) or master service agreement (MSA). Unless explicitly stated in a signed corporate contract, wholesale logistics operate under standard FOB (Free On Board) shipping point terms. Direct-to-consumer (DTC) retail purchases made directly through our online storefront are subject to standard consumer processing, payment, and regional fulfillment protocols.
